H 4235 Large Support Holder
Support holder with aluminium supporting plates, for workpieces up to 120 x 120 mm (4.72" x 4.72") to be bonded to and for their peripheral machining.

The Single-package System H 50 K (page 18) is to be used for bonding.

H 4315 Support Holders (3 pcs.)
The support holders are attached to the cross beams and are mainly for clamping thin, round and rectangular workpieces.
For heavy workpieces it is recommendable to sustain the support holders with the Support Plates H 4366.
The clamping range can be extended by replacing the clamping screw with other lengths in Clamping Jaw Set H 2850.
The workpiece is aligned by means of the adjustment elements of the cross beams.
Maximum load 30 kg (66.14 lbs).
 
H 50 K Single-package System
For the attachment of workpieces to the Support Plates

H 4232.1 and H 4235.1. SICOMET 85 is suitable because of its short setting time (90-150 sec.) and high tensile shear strength (- 27 N/mM2).

The surfaces to be glued must be absolutely free of grease. Use at room temperature.

Storage at +20° C approx. 6 months, at -20' C approx. 12 months.

Delivery: Work bottle - contents 50 gr.

SICOMET is also used for attachment of small electrodes to the electrode shanks or to the MINIFIX pallets.
