All electrode holders of the System series H 5.. and H 8.. and the MINIFIXplus electrodes of series HCU 5.. used on NC- controlled machines are deposited in magazine forks. The magazine forks can be attached to any linear or disc magazine. With a standard spacing of 68 mm (2.667") all electrode holders can be magazine loaded. Only when using Pallet H 8.88 and Holder H 8.88.1, H 8.88.3, H 8.88.50 and the Extensions H 8.80/65 and H 8.80/150 one magazine fork each is skipped on the left and right-hand side. If only the Pallet H 8.88 or the Holders H 8.88.. shall be used, 90 mm (3.54") magazine position spacing can be selected. |

HIRSCHMANN electrode holders, pallets and MINIFIXplus electrodes of series HCU 5.. but also holders of other manufacturers can be secured by using HIRSCHMANN magazine forks. H 5.62.. Magazine ForkTools with the clamping journal combination H 5.611/ H 5.611.1, are stored correctly and secured by ball thrust pieces acting from the side. The machine must be moved in X- or Y-direction only for automatic removing or loading of the tools. H 5.60.. Magazine ForkTools with the clamping journal combination H 5.611/ H 5.611.1, are stored correctly and secured in the recess of the fork. The machine must lift the tool by approx. 1.5 mm (0.059") out of the recess for automatic removing or loading of the tools. |
