H₂0 Plus is a highly concentrated corrosion inhibitor especially developed for wire EDM machines to prevent undesirable buildup of rust on work pieces and non-stainless workholders.

H₂0 Plus is recommended for use in new or existing machine installations.

H₂0 Plus is added to the de-ionized water equally between the dirty-water and clean water tanks. A concentration ratio of 1 to 100 guarantees optimal rust proofing

H₂0 Plus  features:

• Non-Ionic, will not effect the deionizing resin
• No alteration of conductivity
• No effect on the cutting efficiency of the machine
• Low concentration (1 % vol.)
• No tacky or crusty residue
• Physiologically safe
• No toxic or hazardous additives
• No interference with waste disposal
• No influence on steel, non-ferrous heavy metal and graphite
• Can be removed with water
• The concentration level can easily kept at a ratio of 1 to 150 when adding water

H₂0 Plus   is delivered ready for immediate use. Special cleaning or preparation of the machine is not necessary.

H₂0 Plus Blue was developed for use in wire EDM machines to prevent undesirable corrosion of work pieces and to continuously help keep the machine clean. Once added to the system, H₂0 Plus Blue allows more dirt and waste products to be captured by the filtration system, this helps keep the entire machine cleaner.

H₂0 Plus Blue is generally recommended for new machine installations where tank walls, filters, hoses, etc. are free of contamination.

H₂0 Plus Blue is added to the de-ionized water in a container outside the machine and then divided equally between the dirty-water and clean water tanks. A concentration ratio of 0.5 to 100 guarantees optimal rust proofing and cleaning.

H₂0 Plus Blue features:

• Keeps watertanks, hoses, etc. clean
• No alteration of conductivity
• No effect on the cutting efficiency of the machine
• Low concentration (0.5% vol.)
• Physiologically safe
• No toxic or hazardous additives
• No interference with waste disposal
• No influence on steel, non-ferrous heavy metal and graphite
• Can be removed with water
• The concentration level can easily be checked with a (0-10%) refractometer at a reading of 0,3 to 0,4

When used in existing installations, H₂0 Plus Blue will clean tank walls, hoses, etc. of contamination and may require premature changing of filters after approximately 40 hours of operation.

Once the system is clean, use of H₂0 Plus Blue will continue to keep the system clean and offer corrosion inhibiting capabilities.
